I briefly touched on the basics program now available at Forever 21 in a previous post, but now that summer is coming I wanted to tell you about their tanks. First, they are under $3!!  The tanks come in a variety of colors, are super comfortable, and are longer in length. There are so many different ways to wear them: with shorts, under a jacket, as a layering piece, or as a pajama top. This tank is a must have for summer.
